Emily graduated from UC Berkeley in 2020 where she studied Political Economy and Public Policy, with an emphasis in economic development & environmental impact. After graduating, she worked for a small mortgage company and focused on client education and employee learning & development. Having grown up with many teachers in her family, she has always been drawn to education and is thrilled to join the Cal Teach team and support students who share the same interests. In her free time, Emily enjoys reading, hiking, watching her hometown San Diego Padres, and spending time with her partner and 2 cats.
